The Griffin-Spalding County School System has announced the 2021 graduation schedule for Griffin and Spalding high schools and A.Z. Kelsey Academy.
Also announced on Friday was the cancelation of proms for all Griffin-Spalding County high schools.
The Griffin High School graduation ceremony will be conducted at 7 p.m. May 26 at Memorial Stadium.
The GHS Baccalaureate will be held at 7 p.m. May 19 at First Assembly of God Church.
Senior Honors Night will be at 6 p.m. May 18 and the Senior Walk will be at 10 a.m. May 21.
The Spalding High School graduation ceremony will be conducted at 7 p.m. May 27 at Memorial Stadium.
The SHS Baccalaureate will be held at 6 p.m. May 24 at Oak Hill Church.
Senior Honors Night will be at 6 p.m. May 19 and the Senior Parade will be at 6 p.m. May 21.
Each Griffin High and Spalding High student will receive eight tickets for family members to attend the graduation ceremony.
The A.Z. Kelsey Academy graduation ceremony will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. May 26 at the Griffin Auditorium.
Each graduate will receive 14 tickets for family members and friends to attend.
The AZK Baccalaureate will be held at 7 p.m. at First Assembly of God, and the Senior Awards Ceremony will be at 9 a.m. May 21.
A powder puff football game featuring the senior girls of GHS and SHS will be at 6 p.m. May 14. A.Z. Kelsey students will also be invited to play. Admission will be $2 per person and concessions will be sold.
Additional senior activities will be announced in coming days.
